Trial set for Liverpool woman accused of housing dogs in bad conditions

A trial has been set for an East Liverpool woman who's accused of interfering with proceedings to condemn a home and rescue several dogs and cats. Dorothy Eddy was arrested back in April after officials went to remove the animals from the home, which was described as having "horrendous" conditions.  Columbiana County's Deputy Dog Warden Jessica Gordon says nine dogs were removed from the home. Angels for Animals also took an unknown number of cats. ...
