New Castle Police: Kids left with suspected drugs, arrest made

New Castle police arrested a man after they say kids were left inside a home where more than 168 grams of suspected heroin were found. Officials executed a search warrant at a home on the 1200 block of Randolph Street where they arrested 33-year-old Client Carrington "Cutty."
