Ohio's AG rejects referendum to repeal House Bill 6

On Monday, The Ohio Attorney General's Office rejected the summary language for a proposed referendum seeking to repeal House Bill 6.  A letter sent to petitioners identifies 21 instances of inaccuracies or ommissions of statutory language within the text.  "For these reasons, I am unable to certify the summary as a fair and truthful statement of the measure," said Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost in his letter.  House Bill 6 passed through the Ohio Sen...
