Not Watering The Large Flower Pots

While looking at her flowers, and pretty much her whole yard yesterday, my neighbor just told me, "I hope it rains, we really need it."

I said to her, "It rained so friggin' much the last two months why does anything need more?"

We both chuckled a bit...AND THEN IT POURED!!!

I noticed that the large flower pots at the Mill Creek Plaza are not being watered and the flowers are drying up.
