Youngstown to host 'Party on the Plaza' for Friday

The City of Youngstown will is planning the next Party on the Plaza for August 9.  The party will start at 6 pm and go until 11 pm.  Party on the Plaza will be held on East Federal Street.  This Party on the Plaza event will kick off the Mahoning Valley 400 year Commemoration, which is a weekend of diverse activities that will take place in downtown Youngstown.
