East Liverpool mayor holding vigil to mourn mass shooting victims

There will be a candlelight vigil in East Liverpool to mourn the victims of the most recent mass shootings in Dayton, Ohio and El Paso, Texas.  East Liverpool's Mayor, Ryan Stovall, is inviting people of all faith to come together and partake in the vigil.  On Monday, the mayor posted a statement on his Facebook page saying:  I personally would like to invite our community to join Judge Melissa Byers-Emmerling and myself for a showing of unity on the steps...
