Ivanka, Carson postponing visit to Youngstown after mass shooting

Presidential Adviser Ivanka Trump and Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson are postponing their planned trip to Youngstown on Monday in light of the recent mass shootings in Dayton.
