Kinsman Cleanup continues

People in Kinsman are still recovering from the July flooding. Seven ATV's took off into the woods and headed for Lakeview Drive at noon Friday.  Kinsman Fire officials and Police helped residents dispose of any garbage left behind when they were forced to evacuate nearly two weeks ago when flooding washed out the only road leading back to about 20 homes.
