GM halting production at 78-year-old plant in Michigan

This week General Motors announced it would halt production at a 78-year-old transmission plant in Warren, Michigan. GM announced that it would suspend production at that and several other plants including Lordstown last year.  Sixty of the 200 workers in the Warren plant have relocated and 25 have retired.
