ODNR: Kinsman Dam association neglected corrective action

The bridge on Lakeview Drive in Kinsman Township washed away after storms and a massive amount of rain Saturday. Residents who lived on the other side of the bridge — the only way in or out of the neighborhood — had to be evacuated.
