2016 ODNR inspection found problems with Kinsman dam

An Ohio Department of Natural Resources inspection in 2016 found several problems with the Kinsman Lake Dam, but the man who oversees it says those problems had nothing to do with the Kinsman Lake overflowing last weekend, leaving people trapped and now displaced from their homes.  In the ODNR report conducted on June 8, 2016, multiple problems were found with the dam, including an inoperable lake drain valve, a broken lake drain outlet pipe and concrete deterioration of weir an...
