New Castle police take suspect into custody after deadly shooting

New Castle Police have a suspect in custody after a shooting left one dead outside of a New Castle business.  Police say that they were called to the 1000 block of Highland Avenue because of a shooting. When officers arrived they saw a male lying in the parking lot.  The shooting victim was transported to UPMC Jameson Hospital where he was pronounced dead.  Officers currently have the suspect in custody.  According to authorities, the suspect was still on ...
