Since this is true....this valley should become the solar power giant of the 21st century like we were the steel giant in the 20th century!!!

The solar incidence level for the Mahoning Valley is about 1300 kWh/kW-yr.

This is higher than most areas of Germany which has already installed large quantities of solar collectors.
