Youngstown mom indicted, accused of abusing her two-year-old

U.S. Marshals arrested 22-year-old Moeisha Wright of Dogwood Lane in Youngstown on Friday morning. She's suspected of abusing her two-year-old child. Wright was indicted by a Mahoning County Grand Jury on three counts of Endangering Children, two of the charges are felonies. A tip to Mahoning County Children Services led a Sheriff's investigator that works with the agency to visit Wright's home.
