Warren Police looking for suspect after "altercation"

Police and Ohio State Troopers are looking for a suspect in Warren after what they're calling an "altercation" took place on the cities Westside.  The incident happened just before 9:30 p.m. in front of an apartment complex on the 700 block of Buckeye Street  Police did not give details the altercation or the suspect but say he fled after the incident and is still on the loose.  Officials did, however, tell 21 News that they were able to recover a weapon fr...
