Warren G. Harding student passes away after ATV accident

A Warren G. Harding student has passed away following an ATV accident Friday night. Jerimiah Barnes, 17, passed away after the accident along Parkwood Drive around 7:30 p.m.  Dispatchers say another person was taken to the hospital. It's unclear what their condition is or who was driving. Warren's Mayor Doug Franklin took to Facebook to say words cannot express the sense of loss that him and the community feel. Warren G.
