Police investigating possible forgery of Warren City Law Director's signature

The City of Warren Law Director, Gregory Hicks, has submitted a letter asking for authorities to help determine if his signature was forged on a city contract pertaining to the water department.  Hicks has asked the Warren Police Department or the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation to investigate the incident.  The Warren Police Department Chief of Police has penned a letter to the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation for assistance in the investigation.  21 News...
