SLIDESHOW: Storm floods Trumbull County roads and affect other parts of the Valley

Ohio Highway State Patrol is expecting high water signs to be placed on Trumbull County roads.  According to OSP, there are high water signs placed on Anderson-Anthony road and they expect more signs to be placed on Tempelton road in Warren Township.  OSP says that the high water signs do not mean that the roads are closed, but drivers are expected to proceed with extreme caution.  An early storm that ran through Trumbull County left flooding and damage.  &nbs...
