Future of YARS discussed at special dinner

Retired Col. Joseph Zeis spoke at a special dinner at the Youngstown Air Reserve Station Thursday evening.   While in the area, he also toured the Youngstown Business Incubator and America makes who are both partnering with the Air Reserve station to make parts for planes.   Zeis said that kind of partnership could make a difference in keeping YARS if there are any future talks about base closures.
