Major renovations to the Southern Park Mall in 'preliminary' stages

The Southern Park Mall is going under a major reconstructive process.  The Washington Prime Group tells 21 News that they have a conceptual redevelopment plan for the Southern Park Mall.  Although the Washington Prime Group's Vice President of Development, Matt Jurkowitz says that the planning is the preliminary stages he also says that it is evolving. The company plans to replace the former Sears and the adjacent auto center with green space to host community events...
