5th avenue corridor undergoing first phase of the project

A $1.5 million renovation project is currently undergoing for 5th avenue.  The first step of the rebuilding process starts with replacing 100-year-old water lines, from Federal Street to Madison Avenue Expressway. Construction crews are replacing 3,300 feet of water lines.  The cost of the renovation project is expected to cost about $1.5 million.  The road will not close for the water line replacement, but there will be lane restrictions as the renovation ...
