National Guard recruiter indicted, accused of recording an 11-year-old Poland girl's private moments

A Mahoning County Grand Jury indicted a National Guard recruiter from Poland Township Thursday on two felony counts of illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance.  The charges against 32-year-old Nathan Clinger stem from an incident in April in which he is accused of secretly recording an 11-year-old girl as she was dressing and using the bathroom.
