Sentencing is expected in the coming weeks for a Warren woman who police say had a malnourished dog feeding on two dead dogs in her home. Tabitha Ballew, 24, pleaded guilty to three counts of animal cruelty on Wednesday. Ballew was originally charged in March after a neighbor told police that she hadn't heard the dogs barking for about a week she went inside the home.
