Boardman Center Middle School Orchestral Ensemble

At 3:30pm, the Art Outreach Gallery will feature the Boardman Center Middle School Orchestral Ensemble. The students are all in the Boardman Center Middle School Orchestra and play string instruments. The students have been playing for four or more years and are in seventh and eighth grade. These talented young students are Alyssa Vivacqua, Audrey Keleman, Helena Tedesco, Sarah Shon, and Dominic Zocolo. Alyssa has been playing the double bass for four and a half years, is in eighth grade, participates in the Youngstown Youth Symphony Orchestra, and holds the principal chair position at school. Audrey has been playing violin for four years, is in eighth grade, and holds assistant principal chair. Helena has been playing viola for four years, is in eighth grade, and holds the assistant principal chair. Sarah has been playing violin for 4 years, is in eighth grade, is in the Youngstown Youth Symphony Orchestra, and holds principal chair at school. Dominic has been playing double bass for four years, is in eighth grade, and holds the assistant principal chair.

The Youth Gallery is featuring artwork created by local young artists from the Child Development Center at the "J " (Jewish Community Center of Youngstown) and Akiva Academy, Trumbull Career and Technical Center,  Mineral Ridge High School, Warren Washington Alternative School, Warren Jefferson K-5,   Lifeskills Center in Warren, Hubbard Reed Middle School, Niles Middle School and Junior Tae Kwon Do School. The Youth Gallery will also feature works from Trumbull County's Young Journalists in the Page One Program at the Tribune Chronicle.

The exhibition is made possible by the generous donations of the Eastwood Mall and the Warren Junior Women's League/GFWC. The Gallery operates through volunteer assistance, if you would like to participate in helping assist with gallery sitting, or provide other volunteer services, contact Gail Stark at 330.394.3384. Please consider sharing some of your time. Thank you.

The Art Outreach Gallery is located across from American Eagle Outfitters, along the concourse between Macy's and JC Penney's. Gallery hours are Friday 5:00pm to 9:00pm, Saturday 1:00pm to 9:00pm, and Sunday 1:00pm to 5:00pm. It is free and open to the public.
