Geez... it would be nice if, instead of imposing this tax on a struggling farm
business, they would waive the tax and even encourage the farm to expand
its production and grow crops for bio-fuels in addition to normal stuff for
consumption as foodstuffs.

There are a number of farms that raise hogs in Northeast Ohio as well as small dairy farms in the valley that would be affected by this tax, and would not be able to afford to continue farming if this tax goes into effect.
