Boardman police release details on man at center of 'death investigation'

Boardman police have released more details about the death of a man who was discovered outside a South Avenue apartment complex Wednesday afternoon.  Chief Todd Werth said it was about 6:30 p.m. when 68-year-old Bruce Williams, of Lowellville, was found lying on the ground, bleeding outside a 4-plex near Simon Road.
