Struthers police arrest man after alleged drug deal ends with brick thrown through window

According to police, a male suspect allegedly pulled the victim through the passenger side window of an SUV while a second male suspect identified as 26-year-old Jaquez Brown allegedly brandished a firearm and said, "Give me everything you got."
