East Liverpool has major water break, tells residents to conserve water

There is a major water break in East Liverpool on Orchard Grove Avenue.  According to the City of East Liverpool, the break will affect water service throughout the city as it is a main 10-inch line that feeds to various water tanks throughout the city.  The repair will take place between six and eight hours.  The City of East Liverpool advises that residents should try and conserve as much water as possible.
