West Branch student wins Congressional award

A senior at West Branch High School is one of only four students in Ohio to win the Congressional App Challenge. On Wednesday, the award was hand delivered by a member of Congress. Congressman Bill Johnson presents Cassie Madison a proclamation for being a winner of the Congressional App Challenge.
