South Avenue re-opened after driver hits utility pole

South Avenue has been reopened following a hit and run incident involving a utility pole early this morning. The road was shut down between East Western Reserve Road and Woodworth Road but was reopened just after 10:00 a.m.  Dispatchers tell 21 News the driver of the vehicle involved fled the scene on foot and has not yet been located by police. Police say the driver hit a utility pole and flipped their car on South Avenue near East Western Reserve Road jus...
