Transformer overheats, causes evacuation at Shenango Valley Cinemas

According to the Hermitage fire chief, an employee at the Shenango Valley Cinemas saw smoke coming from the electrical room where they found an electrical transformer had overheated. The fire chief said there was no fire and no injuries were reported, but they did issue an evacuation as a precaution. Officials say the transformer was shut off, and they are unsure if the cinema will be open on Wednesday.
