Boardman Police Officer charged with domestic violence

A Boardman Police Officer is charged with a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence for making an alleged threat. Patrick Klingensmith during an argument with his wife allegedly pounded his fist down on the windshield of her car causing it to shatter.  His wife also said she was threatened.
