We have had many discussions about health care on the Forum.  Let's put the arguments aside today and come out to help this under insured Youngstown resident who has incurred astronomical medical bills since her accident.

Michelle Harley-Fink, a west side resident, was in a terrible accident which put her in the hospital for an extended period of time.
