Newton Falls woman receives OSP award

The Ohio State Patrol says a young Newton Falls woman is living proof that seat belts save lives.   She was recognized today for her faithful use of seat belts.  Troopers in Trumbull county presented Alyssa Tillis with the Saved By The Belt Award.
