This program will allow you to familiarize yourself with the tools that will help you become more confident in discussing your industry, competitors, and customers. The featured databases (DemographicsNow- Library Edition, ReferenceUSA’s U.S. Consumers/Lifestyles) bring timely and authoritative data and insights for your marketing plan. Other sources, including American FactFinder and trade associations for statistics, will also be discussed. We’ll also look at the relationship between marketing, advertising, and branding.
