Struthers woman faces dozens of felony charges in prescription fraud case

A Struthers woman faces forty-two felony charges after being indicted by the Mahoning County Grand Jury on Thursday.  Thirty-seven-year-old Tiffany Rodriguez faces twenty-one counts each of deception to obtain a dangerous drug and illegal processing of drug documents.  All of the charges are felonies of the fifth degree.  According to the indictment, Rodriguez "did intentionally make, utter, or sell, or knowingly possess a false or forged prescription".&nbs...
