Ohio movement to join electoral college vote change proposal

During the Presidential Election we always hear about the road to 270 electoral college votes.  Ohio is looking to change how it will cast its 18 electoral votes.    If passed, the amendment would require Ohio's 18 presidential electoral college votes to be awarded to the candidate who wins the national popular vote and not go to the state popular vote.  That means in the 2016 election Ohio's electoral college would have gone to Democrat Hillary Clinton and n...
