State police say army recruiter in govt. car charged in Mercer DUI crash

Pennslyvania State Police say they are investigating a DUI crash involving an active duty army recruiter inside a government vehicle.  The crash happened Wednesday on Franklin Street at South Cottage Road in Cool Spring Township. According to a release, Brittnay Graeves, 30, of Grove City was found in uniform behind the wheel of a government vehicle under the influence.  Police say Graeves also had an open container of alcohol.
