4:00PM: Neighborhood Stabalization Program (NSP)
@ City Hall (6th Floor) - 26 S. Phelps St.

The City of Youngstown Community Development Agency will hold a public meeting to receive public comment regarding the submission of a Substantial Amendement to the capitol. The amendment will serve as an application to Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for $2.7 million as well as a plan for how the money will be spent on eligible uses of funds. All citizens are encouraged to attend and will be provided the opportunity to offer input on how the City should allocate the NSP resources w/in the eligible uses and areas of the City. The draft plan is available at the Community Development Agency and also on the City of Youngstown website. Comments will be accepted to a fifteen day period beginning November 6th through November 20th after which time the final plan will be submitted to HUD before December 1st, 2008.
