Man charged after van destroys porch of McDonald home

The suspect that allegedly drove his van into the porch of a McDonald home Tuesday night appeared in Niles Municipal Court today.   Twenty-six-year-old Devin Bansberg pleaded not guilty to several charges he faces related to that incident. Bansberg faces charges of OVI, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to control his vehicle.  RELATED COVERAGE: Van destroys porch of McDonald home
