Man faces murder charge after allegedly leaving wife with fatal brain injuries in Youngstown

A Youngstown man faces several charges, including murder, after police say he left his wife with fatal brain injuries. A Mahoning County grand jury indicted 46-year-old Jason Hymes Thursday on charges of murder, felonious assault and domestic violence. Hymes' wife was taken to St. Elizabeth's with traumatic brain injuries after he allegedly beat her.  She was pronounced dead in February after Hymes was arrested.
