Two things
One person that I know was interested in the job and was told the deadline had been extended until December 5.  Obviously that was not the case.

Another person seemed to know which councilman would submit the name of the person eventually hired.

I heard some of the council members did not want to post this job because they already had someone in mind.

Isn't the same process used to hire all non-elected city employees?

I've heard several complaints about the process for selecting the new Federal Plaza Director.

Does anyone know anything about the new director?
