New police chief chosen to take over in City of Campbell

The Mayor of Campbell says the City has chosen  its next police chief.  Former Youngstown City Police Detective Patrick Kelly will be sworn in to the office on Monday.  Kelly retired in June 2019 after 28 years of experience in law enforcement.  Kelly previously served as the Commander of the Community Police Unit, a Detective Sergeant in the detective division, a commander of the Street Crime Unit, and worked with the U.S. Marshalls.  In addition, Kelly r...
