'Shamrock The Block' continues in downtown Youngstown with live music

It's St. Patrick's Day and the party continues at "Shamrock The Block" in downtown Youngstown. The party kicked off Saturday and started again Sunday morning at 11. The event features over 12 bars, heated outdoor tents, Irish food and live bands. This all to have some fun and raise money for the local organization, The Colony Youngstown. Bands including Whiskey Pilot and The Labra Brothers will take the stage tonight on East 9th Street.
