The FBI is now offering a $5,000 reward for information on the whereabouts of a 2-year-old Wisconsin girl. Nolani Robinson has been missing since Monday and authorities are seeking the public's help to find her. Nolani's father, Dariaz Higgins was arrested Wednesday after police say he shot and killed the girl's mother, Sierra Robinson, and severely injured another victim.
