Troopers believe hit-and-run driver killed Beaver Township man

The Ohio State Highway Patrol Canfield is investigating a hit-and-run crash that killed a Beaver Township man in Boardman. The crash happened on Market Street north of Western Reserve Road shortly after 12:30 am Wednesday. Troopers say the victim, 33-year-old Joseph Brown of Beaver Township was already lying in the roadway when he was struck by a car driven by a 62-year-old Boardman woman.
