Concerns raised over alleged MCCTC-Choffin partnership

The Youngstown School Board passed a "resolution of concern" introduced by Board President Brenda Kimble Tuesday night after she said the Mahoning Career and Technical Center (MCCTC) is taking over the Choffin Career Center in a de facto merger created by District CEO Krish Mohip.
