Route 46 Southbound in Howland closed after two car accident

The southbound lanes of Route 46 have been closed in Howland.  The closure is caused by a severe two-car accident that happened just after 12:00 p.m. Early reports indicate there were two injuries and Trumbull County 911 tells 21 News, one passenger was trapped but has been rescued.  The accident took place near the entrance of Perkins.
