I hope the same penalty applies to the Oakland Center for the Arts building which is located next (west) to the State Theater.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who helped out in the efforts to save the State Theatre Facade. According to the contract with B&B Wrecking, there is a $100,000.00 fine if the facade if knocked down during demolition! I really appriciate everyones help, it's awesome to see the facade staying as a part of Youngstown's future!
