U.S. Marshals arrest Youngstown man on rape and sexual battery charges

A Youngstown man is in the Mahoning County Jail after being arrested law enforcement agents from the U.S. Marshals Service. The U.S. Marshals arrested 38-year-old Charles Prunier Friday on charges of rape and sexual battery.  Earlier this week, a Mahoning County grand jury handed down a secret indictment charging an unknown suspect with seven counts of rape and seven counts of sexual battery.  More information is expected to become available at the beg...
